Who we are

Identity and project

OnCasting is an Italian-born company, registered as an innovative startup that combines a strong technological component with the twenty-year experience of its professionals in the casting sector. The project is inspired by values of sharing and aims to develop greater digitalisation and virtuous communication between the worlds of work, training, and bodies responsible for culture and knowledge.

 

Technology and vision

The platform is highly innovative and responds to the needs of every professional involved in the artist selection process. At OnCasting we trace the complexity of the work as it is today, but we create simple and immediate workflows, developed on the basis of accurate analysis and advice from national and international professionals in the sector.

The platform is easy to use and capable of structuring the work of small professionals and organising the activities of large companies. We connect local authorities, schools, associations, and certified artists, all in one place. The tasks to be performed during the selection of candidates have changed a lot in recent years, especially in relation to the rapid development of technology. This leads to the management of an increasingly large volume of data. Every file, data or message is automatically encrypted, organised and archived in an orderly, secure and efficient manner, while at the same time allowing for up-to-date data in real time.

 

Objectives

Our mission is to create an integrated ecosystem that includes all of the roles and a shared and widespread database of artists in The United Kingdom. We aim to enhance the profession and give back the cultural value it deserves. A unique virtual place where national and international users can meet and collaborate simultaneously and securely.
