Live casting (in person)

The management of auditions and call-backs in the presence of artists is supported by a user-friendly management of appointment calendars. We collaborate with Agencies and Talent in an orderly manner and archive audition material in the cloud.

Online casting (remote)

A shared calendar between the Casting Director, Agency and Talent is available for the management of remote castings. It includes appropriate email notifications and a dashboard of active tasks so that it is possible to schedule available dates and receive the Talent's preference for the remote audition. The produced video can be uploaded online at the end of the audition, keeping the media files available for all parties involved.

Casting with self-tape

At the end of the live auditions (live or on-line via web-call) an organised database is available for the upload of the collected material, while for the remote auditions OnCasting integrates all the useful functions for the multi-level management (Agency and Talent) of the upload of the self-tapes.

OnCasting also allows to activate all the above mentioned methods in parallel, allowing Agencies and Talents to participate in castings in the most convenient way

The open sharing function allows you to invite all the Agencies of the platform at a national level to your casting by using the potential of a collaborative database offered by the platform. Casting sharing function in private mode

If you are a Casting Director or Producer, you can continue to work exclusively with your trusted agencies by activating a private casting within the OnCasting platform.

Regional Casting Sharing feature

With this feature, you can invite a segment of Agencies from a specific region in the UK. With just one click you will be able to share your casting with all Agencies in one or multiple regions.

Mixed Mode Casting Sharing Function

The mixed-mode sharing function provides the option to invite Agencies to the casting by combining the above methods to meet all requirements. It will also be possible to activate a casting in private mode by inviting the Agencies you trust and invite all the Agencies in a region at the same time.
